Executive Vice President, The Future Project (2017-2019)

Grew and managed a team of over 80 professionals across ten geographies, overseeing four related and essential functions: Research and Evaluation, Training, Program Delivery and Innovation.

Chief Innovation Officer, The Future Project (2015-2016)

Developed and instilled within the organization best practices for innovation. Enabled the organization to better utilize research and insights, from both internal and external sources, to improve upon existing programs and products, and develop completely new programs and ideas. Developed a wide range of innovation skills across ten geographies, growing design thinking, product design, and experience design across the organization.

Vice President, Principal, SY Partners (1999-2006)

As VP, and Principal in charge of the strategy practice, worked alongside CEOs and their leadership teams to create clear stories, or visions, of how to be extraordinary, along with a clear roadmap of how to get there. But a vision if worthless, without a workforce that knows how to contribute and be fully engage in this purpose. Aligned leadership teams around the right set of beliefs and behaviors to enable the interactions and rituals to drive changes at scale, and to bring the brand experience to life to engage customers.

Vice President, People Strategy, Sapient (1998-1999))

Provided leadership for merger of Studio Archetype with Sapient, creating a formidable competitor in the emerging internet-based business era. The merger married Studio Archetype's brand and experience expertise with Sapient's technology expertise. As VP of people strategy, Todd was instrumental in merging the company's pool of talent, and adapting processes from both companies to work seamlessly together

Vice President, Studio Archetype (1996-1998)

Led brand integration (a new discipline that married design with technology), but was soon selected to open and lead the Atlanta office as the company grew. There helped take UPS from a paper-based shipping company, to a leader in shipping, tracking and logistics on the web.

Went on to become VP of operations, overseeing the operation of the company's multiple offices, and pioneering and overseeing the development of emerging skill sets necessary to take full advantage of branding and business building in the digital age.
